Investing in Gold, Uranium, Copper, Silver, PGMs in 2025 with Lobo Tiggre

I join renowned speculator Lobo Tiggre to discuss the outlook for Gold, Silver, Uranium and Copper in 2025. Capital rotation into emerging markets. Why?

I joined Scott Osheroff for a discussion on where to allocate capital in the current and accelerating age of conflict. We discuss the prospects for emerging and frontier market equities with exposure to Central Asian banking, such as Halyk Bank and TBC Bank, as well as high dividend stocks in Latin America such as Ecopetrol. We highlight the risks of investing and banking in front-line economies such as Georgia, examine the likelihood of capital controls returning to the West and go through an interesting thought exercise on where Chinese capital would flow in the event of sanctions.

I bought 3 apartments in Nairobi, Kenya

I bought three apartments in Nairobi Kenya. In this video I meet with my friend who also bought one, with my Nairobi real estate agent, and the Chinese developer I bought the units from. I explain why I decided to invest in Nairobi and more specifically in the project. The developer explains this property development in Westlands, Nairobi’s most exclusive area, and we go have a look at the land and plans.

This Greek island is booming

Now that the Portugal Golden Visa is officially a very bad deal, one of the most affordable options to get EU access is to invest in real estate in Greece through the golden visa. The minimum investment amount is โ‚ฌ500,000 in Athens, the main cities and main islands. However it is possible to invest only โ‚ฌ250,000 in small islands and still get the residency. The island of Lesbos or Lesvos is particluarly cheap, and offers very reasonable rental yields and cap rates for investors. We therefore looked at a few detailed case studies with my agent there.

Pros and cons of living in Nicaragua

I sat down with my realtor in San Juan del Sur, Natalie, to discuss the pros and cons of living in Nicaragua. Topics like healthcare in Nicaragua and international schooling options are also covered. We go over cost of living advantages such as the affordability of a nanny or maid in Nicaragua as well as their territorial tax system. Finally we discuss buying real estate in San Juan del Sur and the liquidity of such an investment.
